Terms of Use

The “I'm” Service. Effective date: 17 August 2026.

By using the “I'm” app and service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

Using the Service requires an account linked to a phone number.
The Service is intended for persons 18 years and older.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for actions taken under it.

2. Your content

The content you publish (text, photos, listings, jobs, etc.) remains yours. By publishing it, you grant the Service the right to display and distribute it as part of operating the platform. You are responsible for the legality of your content and for having the rights to it.

3. Rules of conduct

It is prohibited to post or distribute:

illegal content, fraud, spam, malware;
pornography, violence, hate speech, insults;
other people's personal data without consent;
misleading listings and job posts.

In public sections the Service follows an “out of politics” principle: we do not run political votes and do not host political campaigning in open publics.

4. Talents and I'm Token

Important. “Talents” and the I'm Token currency are internal utility tools of the Service: a way to support people and companies, pay for services and take part in platform life, as well as an element of gamified status and reputation. They are not securities, not a financial instrument and not an investment offering, and do not constitute investment, financial or other professional advice. Functionality, availability and parameters depend on the jurisdiction and may change.

5. Purchases and payments

Some features may be paid. Digital goods may be purchased through app stores (App Store, Google Play) under their rules. Refund terms are governed by the applicable store rules and legislation.

6. Moderation and blocking

We may remove content and restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, in order to protect users and the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, the actions of other users or third-party content.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is available on this page.

9. Governing law and contacts

Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the operator's place of registration (UAE, in progress). Contact: hello@im-cosmo.com.
